In his role as President, David continues to develop and maintain relationships with partners globally and helps set the strategic direction of the company.
The Audit Committee ensures expert, detailed and objective scrutiny of the financial accounting, budgeting and financial control processes of the whole Company, and reports on the effectiveness of these to the THI Board of Directors. The Audit Committee is Chaired by an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED) and within its membership has an individual with relevant and up to date financial knowledge and qualifications.
